Are you a broker?

We deal directly with end buyers: manufacturers, refiners, distributors and importers. As a rule we do not negotiate through brokers or intermediary chains.

Thank you for your interest in Dossix International Trade Inc. Direct dealing keeps offers clean, documents authentic and prices honest for the buyer, which is why we avoid long broker chains and anonymous "buyer-side mandates".

If you represent a genuine end buyer, you can still work with us. Download and sign our broker NCNDA (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement), then send it through the form below with the end buyer's details. From then on Dossix deals directly with the end buyer, and your introduction is protected under the signed NCNDA. Any broker fee is payable only as agreed in a separate signed fee agreement.

How it works

    Sign the NCNDAFill in your details and the introduced buyer's details, and sign.
  2. 02
    Submit it belowSend the form, then email the signed NCNDA and the buyer's mandate to sales@dossixinternational.com.
  3. 03
    We confirm the buyerWe confirm in writing that the introduced buyer is registered to you, usually within 5 business days.
  4. 04
    Direct dealingDossix works directly with the end buyer under our standard procedure. Your introduction stays protected for 2 years.

What to send

  1. The signed NCNDA
  2. The end buyer's company name and country
  3. The product (ICUMSA 45, ICUMSA 150, VHP, yellow corn or GMO soybeans)
  4. The quantity in MT (and whether spot or monthly)
  5. Your mandate or authorization from the buyer

We do not accept chains of intermediaries, and we never ask buyers or brokers for upfront fees.
